What is a Sophrology session ?
How does it work ?

Sophrology practice is easy and adaptable to modern life.
The way a Sophrology session works is very simple: you can either be standing or sitting comfortably, with your eyes closed . No need of any particular clothing or equipment.

I will guide you with my voice through a series of simple breathing and relaxation exercises. The exercises aim to help you reach a balanced state where your body and mind are fully relaxed, eased and in harmony. It will establish a deeper connection with yourself in the present moment and allow you to use specific breathing techniques, gentle movements and visualisation.

During a session you can gently access your inner resources and learn to better deal with whatever is in the way of your well-being.

In one to one sessions, the exercises will always been adapted according to targets or goals that we set up together.
​
Sessions are recorded so you can practice by yourself whenever and wherever you want.
​
Through Sophrology, you will learn to live in the present moment, to prepare for your future positively, to stay true to yourself in any situation, to connect to your inner self and discover your own values.
As a sophrologist I am giving you tools and support to find your own path towards a better version of yourself with your own values.
